KWITA KU BIHAHA

Ibihaha byombi ni ingingo ebyiri zikorana ubudatuza n’ikirere n’umwuka ukibamo bigatuma duhumeka.

Ibihaha bifite umurimo w’ingenzi cyane mu rwungano rw’ihumeka. Ibihaha bifitanye isano ihoraho n’isanzure, bihorana amahirwe y’umwuka w’ikirere cyiza ubutaruhuka  kandi ntaho byahungira iyo habayeho kwandura kw’umwuka w’ikirere, nk’ibishinzwe kurwana ku mpagarike yacu, natwe turasabwa kubyitaho tubyitondeye.

  1. GUHUMEKA UMWUKA MWIZA

Mu kwita ku bihaha, harimo gutuma bihumeke umwuka mwiza utarimo umwotsi w’itabi, ibinyabutabire (elements chimiques) byanduza ikirere kandi utarangwamo imbuto z’indwara biboneka mu mwuka uhumekwa n’abatuye mu mijyi minini.

  • Beta-carotene ifite ubushobozi buhanitse bwo kurinda umugese no kuburizamo uburozi cyanwa imbuto z’indwara zizerera mu mwuka wandujwe n’ikirere gituwe cyane.
  • Beta-carotene ni yo mushongi w’ingenzi ukomokwaho na  vitamine A, irakenewe cyane mu kurinda akarandaryi k’inzira z’ubuhumekero, haba inyuma cyangwa imbere mu bihaha.
  • Ikingira kanseri y’ibihaha imaze kuba gikwira.   1. KURYA KENSHI BROCOLI

Kurya kenshi Brocoli bishobora gukoma mu nkokora ugukura kw’indwara z’ibihaha za twibanire kandi byavugurura imihore y’ibihaha yangirijwe n’itabi cyangwa indwara zandura z’akarande. “Imana yaremye isi n’ibiyirimo byose, Iyo kuko ari yo Mwami w’ijuru n’isi, ntiba mu nsengero zubatswe n’abantu, kandi ntikorerwa n’amaboko y’abantu nk’ugira icyo akennye, kuko ari yo yahaye bose ubugingo no guhumeka n’ibindi byose. Kandi yaremye amahanga yose y’abantu bakomoka ku muntu umwe, ibakwiza mu isi yose. Ni na yo yashyizeho ibihe by’imyaka ko bikuranwa uko yategetse, igabaniriza abantu ingabano z’aho batuye, kugira ngo bashake Imana ngo ahari babashe kuyibona bakabakabye, kandi koko ntiri kure y’umuntu wese muri twe, kuko ari muri yo dufite ubugingo bwacu, tugenda turiho, nk’uko bamwe bo mu bahimbyi b’indirimbo banyu bavuze bati ‘Turi urubyaro rwayo.’ Nuko rero ubwo turi urubyaro rw’Imana, ntidukwiriye kwibwira yuko Imana isa n’izahabu cyangwa ifeza cyangwa ibuye, cyangwa ikindi kibajijwe n’ubukorikori bw’abantu n’ubwenge bwabo.” Ibyakozwe 17:24-29
