Indwara y’igifu

Igifu ni agafuka kabikwamo ibyo umuntu yariye mu gihe bikigogorwa (bikinogerezwa). Kaba hagati y’umuhogo n’amara. Ni muri ako gafuka ibyokurya bigogorerwa mbere yo kujya kunoge-rezwa mu mara. Ako gafuka kaba mug ice cy’igihimba, ahagana mu ruhande rw’ibumoso, aharinganiriye n’imbavu zo hasi, hafi ya mugabu-zi, munsi y’umwijima n’akantu kameze nk’um-wenda gashashe mu nda kagabanya inyama zo mu nda hasi no hejuru ahagana mu gituza (diaphragme). Imiti y’indwara z’igifu :

  1. Umutobe w’amashu, ibirahuri 3 ku munsi, iminsi 15. Uwo mutobe ukungahaye cyane kuri vitamini U ivura ibisebe by’igifu. Iyi vitamini ntiboneka cyane mu bindi bimera.
  2. Onyo + amashu na kapusine + indimu + ibiyiko 2 by’amavuta ya elayo na 1 cy’ubuki.
  3. Icupa ry’amazi y’akazuyazi mu museso, iminsi 9. Wabikomeza nibura inshuro zitari munsi ya 4 mu cyumweru, ukarangiza ukwezi.
  4. Ibirahuri 2 by’amazi nibura mbere ya buri gaburo, igitondo, amanywa n’umugoroba.
  5. Ni ngombwa kuryama hashize nibura amasaha 2 n’igice nyuma yo kurya.
  6. Kugira gahunda yo kurya idahindagurika
  7. Kwirinda ishyari, guhangayika, impagarara mu ntekerezo, kwifuriza abandi ibibi, …
  8. Kunywa akayiko gato k’ibumba ry’icyatsi mu kirahuri cy’amazi, rikanyobwa mu gitondo, iminsi 7 ikurikiranye, noneho ukajya urifata iminsi 3 mu cyumweru, ukarangiza ukwezi.
