AMAZI NI ISOKO Y’UBUZIMA

Amazi ni ingenzi cyane mu buzima bw'ibibaho hafi ya byose haba ku nyamaswa, ibiguruka, ibimera ndetse n'umuntu. Dore bimwe mu by'ingenzi amazi agirira mwene muntu:

  • Atuma habaho urugendo rw’intungamubiri zo mu byokurya mu mubiri, ndetse akagendesha n’amaraso n’imyanda
  • Asana ahafite ibyo hatakaje
  • Arinda utubuye mu miheha y’impyiko n’umwijima

Kwinika igitambaro mu mazi ashyushye (compresses chaudes) :

Gutera umubiri gushyuha ukoresheje ibitambaro n’amazi akonje :

Gushyira igitambaro mu mazi akonje, kugikamura cyane, kugishyira aharwaye kikamaraho amasaha menshi cyangwa ijoror ryose (niba wabikoze nimugoroba), ukaba wakirengejeho umwenda ushyuha ufite ubwoya cyangwa umwenda wa kigoma. Umumaro abyo ni uwo kurwanya imbuto z’indwara zanduza bigakiza umurwayi. Ubushyuhe bukomeza koroshya imihore y’umubiri bugatera n’amaraso gukomeza kugenda.
