AKAMARO K’IGITUNGURU CYA ONYO

Onyo ni bumwe mu bwoko bw'igitunguru cyerera mu gitaka.

Ni ngombwa gukoresha igitunguru cya onyo kugira ngo cyongere mu maraso umunyu ngugu wa potasiyumu na sodiyumu (usa na wa wundi utekwa). Icyo gitunguru gifasha umuntu guhorana isura ikeye yo mu maso, kikarwanya n’iminkanyari mu gahanga kimwe n’ibindi byose bisharira, kikarwanya uburwayi butera kubyimbagana kandi kikarwanya imyuka myinshi yo mu nda, n’indwara itera amazi menshi yuzura inda bikomotse ku kubyimbagana kw’inyama zo mu nda nk’umwijima (ascite). Nyuma yo kurangiza kugikoresha muri gahunda yo gukura uburozi n’imyanda mu mubiri, ni ngombwa kongera kondora umubiri wifashishije gahunda y’imikoreshereze y’igi n’indimu nk’uko tubisanga muri aka gatabo (reba hejuru).

Igitunguru cya onyo gifite akamaro kenshi cyane :

–          ikize kuri vitamini A, B, C, na E n’imyunyu myinshi harimo kolore, manyeziyumu, sodiyumu, fosifori, silise, kalisiyumu, potasiyumu, ubutare, umwuka ukarishye wa lakirimojeni, n’ibindi.

–          ivura indwara nyinshi, ituma umuntu yihagarika neza, ivura indwara ziterwa no kubura vitamini C (scorbut), inzoka zo mu nda, rubagimpande, kandi yoroshya uruhu ntirukanyarare.

–          isubiza ubuyanja mu mubiri,

–          icubya indwara zo mu bihaha,

–          yongerera imbaraga inyama zishinzwe kunoza ibyokurya n’impyiko,

–          irwanya impatwe n’ubushobozi buke cyangwa bwa ntabwo mu mibonano mpuzabitsina ku bashakanye, ku bagabo yongera imbaraga kandi igakiza kamwe mu tunyama dushinzwe gutunganya ubushobozi mu by’imyororokere (prostate),

–          ikomeza amaso akorana imbaraga nke n’ubwonko,

–          isohora inzoka zo mu nda kandi irwanya indwara yo kubura ibitotsi.
