AKAMARO KA BIMWE MU BYO KURYA TURYA

Sesame

Ni ibyo kurya bishinzwe umurimo wo kuvura. Akaburo kayo gakungahaye muri vitamini B, F hamwe na vitamini E. ifite n’imyunyu mwimerere ikurikira : Kalisiyumu, manyeziyumu, ubutare n’umuringa (cuivre). Ifite aside amine bita lesitine. Ni ibyo kurya bishinzwe ubwonko, ikaba ikenewe cyane :

– Ku Bantu bacogoye mu mubiri no mu bwenge

– Ku banyeshuri

– No ku bakora imirimo isaba ubuhanga no kujijuka

– Ku Bantu baguye agacuho

    mu bwenge cyangwa mu ntekerezo

– Ifite akamaro ku bantu bahangayitse

– Itera umuntu gufata mu mutwe no kwibuka

– Umubabaro n’umujinya wo mu mutima

– Irakenewe ku Bantu badasinzira

– Ifite icyo imariye ababuze amahoro mu ntekerezo.

– Sezame yongera ubushobozi bw’imibonano y’abashakanye.

– Yongera amashereka.

– Yongerera imbaraga abarwayi bakirutse indwara.

– Ni nziza ku bantu bigeze kubagwa.

– Irinda kubabara mu gituza, mu ibere ry’ibumoso no kwipfundikanya kw’amaraso mu mitsi.

– Ni nziza ku bagore batwite.

– Itera kwituma neza.

– Sezame ifite vitamini B1, B2, E.

Umuceri

Umuceri ni ikinyampeke gikoreshwa cyane. Umuceri urakungahaye cyane mu isukari, ni cyo gituma utera imbaraga umubiri wose. Umuceri iyo utetswe neza ubwarirwa mu byo kurya byihuta mu nda mu kunozwa. Ufite vitamini A, B1, B2, B6. Utera igikuriro, wongera imbaraga zo gutuma ibyo kurya bikwirakwizwa neza mu mubiri. Uruma imitsi yumva n’ubwonko bihagarara neza. Umuceri ufite n’imyunyu mwimerere, tukaba twavugamo: Kalisiyumu, fosifori, ubutare, Potasiyumu, sodiyumu, sufre, manyeziyumu, manganeze, kolore, iyode, zenke, fuliwore (fluore), arisenike.

Icyongereye kuri ibyo ni uko umuceri utera kwihagarika neza. Ugabanya umuvuduko w’amaraso. Utera umutuzo wo mu mutima no gusinzira neza.

Soya

Reka tuvuge ubwiza n’ubukungu n’akamaro ka soya muri make, naho uwasesengura yagira igitabo cyayo yihariye.

Ishyushya umubiri kuri 18%.

– Muri sodiyumu, soya ifite 4, amata afite 40, amagi afite 130, inyama zikagira 70.

– Muri fosifori, soya ifite 580, amata afite 90, amagi afite 200, inyama zifite 200.

– Mu butare, soya ifite 8, amata akagira 0,1; amagi akagira 140, naho inyama zikagira 300.
